We collaborate with educators, organizations, and individuals to advance sustainability education, foster community-based conservation, and develop programs that inspire and equip the next generation of environmental leaders.

Jo johnson
Founder
Jo is a nonprofit leader and sustainability education expert with a rich background in program management, community engagement, and environmental leadership. As the founder of Community Co-Lab, Jo brings her passion for empowering communities and fostering the next generation of leaders through transformative education initiatives that promote sustainability and environmental stewardship.
Jo has led programs for students and educators around the world. Her leadership roles include Sustainable Learning, Scientific Adventures for Girls, Turning Green, and education outside - where she developed innovative curricula, supported and trained environmental leaders, and built partnerships to expand program reach.
Through Community Co-Lab, Jo aims to bring her knowledge and experience to folks looking to incorporate environmental leadership and sustainability into their organizations and programs. This is collective work, and we are excited to collaborate!
Morgan Prince
Program Director
Morgan is a sustainability educator driven by a deep curiosity about the world and a passion for connecting with people. Her academic background in environmental conservation education has been shaped by a love for travel, cross-cultural learning, and a strong belief in the power of education to drive social and environmental change.
Morgan’s professional experience spans both formal and non-formal education settings; in these roles, she has guided young leaders in developing solutions for environmental challenges, and cultivating their skills in climate action and community engagement. With a background that merges hands-on teaching, leadership development, and a global perspective, Morgan is committed to fostering collaboration among youth and educators, as well as empowering the next generation to address global challenges through creativity, connection, and sustainability.
